Use
1 – SWISH – around the mouth first thing in the morning, pulling through your teeth reaching all areas for up to 20 mins. (Start with 5 mins and gradually increase), do not swallow.
2 – SPIT – out into a bin.
3 – RINSE – mouth with warm water and brush as normal.
Use as a supplement to your dental hygiene routine, along with regular brushing, flossing and visits to your dentist!
