Arctic Oat Kernel Extract* is a superior ingredient for delicate care of sensitive skin. Soothing, rejuvenating, and skin revitalizing.
Organic Carrot Root CO2 Extract* rich in carotenes, lycopene, lipophilic flavones, and vitamins A and E. The carotenoids help to reduce sun damage. The vitamin A helps to maintain the elasticity of the skin, keeping it firmer and more radiant.
Aloe Vera Leaf Extract is known for its cooling, repairing, and soothing properties. Aloe Vera has well documented anti-inflammatory properties and contains vitamins A, B12, C and E, minerals like calcium, chromium, copper, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, sodium and zinc.
Oat Kernel Oil is rich in ceramides, Omega 3,and Omega 6 fatty acids, deeply moisturising and nourishing to the skin. Leaves the skin soft, supple,and well hydrated. The ceramides can bind water molecules together, effectively locking the moisture in the skin, and are responsible for strengthening the skin’s barrier function.
Coconut Oil is known for its moisturising, anti inflammatory and soothing properties. Rich in lauric acid, which constitutes nearly 50% of coconut’s fatty acid content (also found in human breast milk at approx. 6%) and displays antimicrobial activity.
Cocoa Seed Butter* is rich in palmitic acid (25-30%) and is an occlusive ingredient, meaning it will provide a protective layer, preventing moisture from leaving the skin.
Macadamia Oil* is a silky emollient with one of the highest amounts of skin-repairing omega-7, palmitoleic acid, found in oils. It has protecting and healing properties.
Jojoba Seed Oil* is a natural emollient with a structure similar to human sebum. Helps skin retain moisture without clogging the pores; calms and balances the skin.
Castor Seed Oil* has the highest content of ricinoleic acid found in oils, approx. 87-90% and has proven analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on skin.
Squalane has both emollient and occlusive properties that soften and soothe the skin, improve its tone and texture, and help to prevent transepidermal water loss.
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant, which nourishes, rejuvenates, and restores skin. Helps to protect skin from environmental aggression, like air pollution and premature ageing.
Shea Butter* is rich in stearic acid (35-45%) and oleic acid (40-55%) responsible for moisture retention, as well as vitamin E (100 to 300 ppm), that acts as a natural antioxidant for the skin. It contains both phytosterols like cinnamic acid esters as well as polyphenols like catechins, which offer anti-inflammatory and anti-itching benefits.
